Creature Forge AI ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service") is an AI-powered creature generation tool located at creatureforgeai.com. The Service allows users to generate tabletop RPG-compatible creature stat blocks, lore, and related content by submitting text descriptions or images.

You may use Creature Forge AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:
Photos you submit: When you upload a photograph or image to the Service, that image is transmitted in real time to our AI processing pipeline for the sole purpose of generating your requested creature content. We do not store, retain, or archive photographs or images that you submit. Submitted images are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the generation is complete. We do not use your submitted photos for training AI models or any other purpose.
Text descriptions: Text descriptions you submit are similarly processed in real time and not retained beyond the generation request, except as necessary for technical logging to maintain service reliability.
Your responsibility: By submitting any image or content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party. You assume full responsibility for the content you submit.
Generated content: The creature stat blocks, lore, descriptions, and other textual content generated by the Service ("Generated Content") are produced by artificial intelligence. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Generated Content for personal, commercial, and creative purposes including tabletop gaming, content creation, and publishing.
Our rights: Creature Forge AI reserves the right to use AI-generated content — including creature names, stat blocks, lore text, and generated images — for purposes including but not limited to product demonstration, marketing, improving the Service, and promotional materials. We will not attribute such content to you personally without your consent.
Generated images: AI-generated creature portraits produced by the Service may be used by Creature Forge AI for promotional and illustrative purposes. By using the image generation feature, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce generated images in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
No guarantees of uniqueness: Because AI generation is probabilistic, similar inputs may occasionally produce similar outputs for different users. We make no guarantee that Generated Content is unique or exclusive to you.
No IP infringement intended: We make good-faith efforts to ensure the Service does not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material. However, AI outputs are not reviewed by humans prior to delivery. If you believe any Generated Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.
The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate content, including but not limited to Anthropic, PBC (provider of the Claude AI models) and OpenAI, LLC (provider of image generation capabilities). By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Anthropic's usage policies are available at anthropic.com/legal. OpenAI's usage policies are available at openai.com/policies. You agree to comply with those policies when using the Service.
Credit packs: Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a defined number of generations to your account. Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Credit expiry: Purchased credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send an email reminder 30 days before expiry. Expired credits are forfeited without refund.
Subscriptions: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free tier. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
No refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on credit packs, subscription payments, or any other charges except where required by applicable law.
Free tier: Free accounts are limited to 3 generations per day. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Creature Forge AI does not store your payment card information. Stripe's terms apply to all transactions.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including third-party provider outages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
In the event that Creature Forge AI ceases operations permanently, we will provide users with at least 90 days written notice via email to the address associated with their account. During this wind-down period, users may continue to use remaining credits and access the Service normally.
Upon service termination at the end of the notice period, all unused credits and subscription access will expire and are no longer redeemable. No refunds will be issued for unused credits or remaining subscription time after the termination notice period begins.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF OUTPUTS.
We do not warrant that:
AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and is not reviewed by humans before delivery. You use Generated Content at your own risk and discretion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREATURE FORGE AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10.00 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creature Forge AI and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Tennessee.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Creature Forge AI.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion by contacting us.
